During your week in Guatemala, we will support the community of Limonar in completing a development project in honor of Mary Lou Noecker. Click here for more info.
This project will span two+ days of the week. In addition to other local activities, we will visit the medical clinic and community learning center in Santa Cruz La Laguna on the beautiful Lago de Atitlán.
Nursing Heart | Corazón de Enfermería asks the group to help us raise the $5400 that is our joint share of the development project in Limonar. The community is also raising funds with support from our collaborators, Hombres y Mujeres en Acción. Please consider asking friends, family and colleagues to contribute in support of this aspect of your experience in Guatemala. Would-be contributors to your project can make donations using the form below. These contributions are tax deductible in the U.S. and will be used solely for purposes of this effort in Limonar. ¡Muchas gracias!
